Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At ENCKET, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 48-hour return request window from the time of delivery.
For size-related issues or change of mind, a nominal ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be applicable.
2. Free Returns (Our Responsibility)
Returns are completely free in case of:
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item received
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- A clear unboxing video or images must be provided in case of damage or incorrect item
ENCKET reserves the right to reject return requests if the product shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@encket.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order ID
- Brief description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
7. Important Notes
- Please ensure correct size selection before placing your order
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics partners
